I like to take a very organised approach to my lessons so that the progress of students can be easily followed. This is important because it allows myself and my students to understand their strengths but also potential areas for improvement, ultimately allowing students to develop their understanding in the most effective way possible. I consider myself a very approachable and friendly individual and it is these qualities that allow my students to feel comfortable in my lessons, hence creating a harmonious learning environment. I always encourage students to ask questions because this demonstrates to me that they are reflecting on what I am teaching them. Challenging students is also vital because it truly optimises the learning experience.
