My mentoring dynamic is interactive and practical so that you'll actively build the tools you need. Drawing from my experience teaching students and being a houseparent in boarding schools, I am highly experienced in providing advice. As a result, I can tailor proven strategies for your own personal wellbeing, focus and organisation, ensuring every session moves you closer to your goals of reducing stress and boosting your confidence. We'll meet in a casual, virtual space where you can be open about the stress you're facing, whether it's a packed schedule, lack of motivation or more personal obstacles. Together, we'll use interactive exercises to put in place customised systems, practice confidence-boosting techniques, and develop resilience and a proactive mindset. Having overcome my own anxieties throughout being a student and having coached others through it, my goal is to make our sessions the most productive and empowering hour of your week, giving you the skills and the self-belief to thrive under pressure.
