In Brazil, I worked as a Salesforce Analyst at Itaú Bank through Topinformation, where I provided internal support in data management and process optimization. This experience helped me develop organizational skills and attention to detail. I also worked in customer service at Play Artes and volunteered at the NGO Casa da Paz for several years, supporting both social and administrative activities.
Internationally, I worked in the UK as a customer service and kitchen team member at McDonald's, where I improved my English and learned to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. I also served as a caregiver for a child with autism as an au pair, where I developed empathy, patience, and responsibility. Later, I worked as a healthcare assistant at Prevail UK, supporting elderly patients with daily tasks and medication.
