Teaching & Facilitation Methods
My teaching approach is grounded in neuro-affirming, strengths-based and psychologically safe practice. I blend:
Evidence-based HR frameworks (inclusive leadership, organisational psychology, culture change models)
Coaching psychology techniques (powerful questioning, reflective practice, goal alignment)
Lived-experience insight to humanise theory
Interactive learning methods – discussion, case studies, breakout reflection, scenario work
Accessible delivery – clear structure, visual support, flexible pacing, and inclusive language
Heutagogical principles – encouraging self-directed learning and autonomy
Sessions are designed to be practical, reflective and applicable — not just informative. I ensure learning is adaptable to different processing styles and cultural contexts, recognising that inclusion must be embedded, not assumed.
