With 25 years on my own mat and 5+ years teaching across retreat centers, studios, and private students in France, India, and Sri Lanka, I build each class around you: your level, age, energy, and for women where you are in your cycle. I also weave in dosha-informed adjustments, so a Vata student gets more grounding and rhythm, while a Pitta student gets more cooling and space.
Depending on what you need, we might move through a dynamic Vinyasa flow, settle into slow, deep Yin, or return to the roots with classical Hatha. Every session can include pranayama to regulate your breath and nervous system, and closes with guided meditation or sound healing to help you actually land in your body not just stretch it.
I trained in Rishikesh and with Yoga Therapy specialists in France, so alongside the physical practice, you're getting real anatomy knowledge, safe adjustments, and contraindication awareness, especially around musculoskeletal needs, pregnancy, and menstrual health.
I teach in English, French, and Russian/Ukrainian, and I bring a good dose of humor along with the calm, because a practice that makes you laugh is one you'll actually keep coming back to.
Sessions run live on Google meets or vith platform, fully interactive where I watch your alignment closely and adjust in real time, just like in person.
