My lessons are practical, relaxed, and built around actually creating something. I like to spend less time talking at you and more time showing you how things work, then giving you the chance to try them yourself.

I come at this from a filmmaking and video-editing background first, so I'm not someone who just learned AI tools last month and is now teaching them. I've spent years directing, filming, and editing real projects, including documentary work commissioned by universities and charities, and brand video work for companies. More recently, I've built an independent AI education platform that's grown to over 15,000 followers, teaching tools like Runway, Kling and Midjourney through hands-on tutorials, and I've worked with brands like Autodesk, Open Art, Lovart and more on AI-focused content.

Lessons are practical rather than lecture-style. If you want to learn editing, we'll work on real footage, yours if you have it, or footage I bring. If you're learning AI tools, we'll generate, prompt, and iterate together in real time rather than me just showing you finished examples. I keep things flexible based on how you learn best; some people want structure and a clear path, others want to bring a specific project and work backwards from that.

I’ll share the techniques and creative processes I use in my own filmmaking and content work, but I also want you to develop your own creative style rather than simply copying mine.

Before we start, I'll usually ask what you already know and what you actually want to be able to do by the end, so the lessons are built around your goals rather than a generic course.
