I mainly like to use an online whiteboard and a basic Powerpoint presentation to start my lessons. The Powerpoint will go through the basic content you need to learn for that particular topic. It will also have a range of exam questions that I will go through with you on the online whiteboard. The rest of the lesson will focus on you completing a worksheet I have created filled with all the possible types of questions that can come up on the exam. During this time, you will complete the question one by one and I will mark that question straight after you have done it. You will review that question and then we can move onto the next question. The volume of homework given will be entirely up to the student and they can even choose to have no homework at all. At the end of each lesson, you will be given(emailed) a topic summary of everything you have learnt which you can keep as part of your notes. After each module learnt, there will be a practice exam you will do which will help you put all of the topics together and will give you an insight into what the exam will look like. After covering all the modules, the lessons will be focused on exam practice papers.
You, as the student, can let me know which modules you want to specifically cover if you feel you do not need tutoring for all of them. Or, we can go straight onto exam practice only. These lessons are for you so with the appropriate feedback, each session will be individually tailored for you!
