My lessons are designed to be engaging, structured, and tailored to the individual needs of each student. I believe that no two learners are the same, so I adapt my teaching style to suit different learning preferences, whether that means visual explanations, step-by-step problem solving, or practical real-life applications of theory. A typical lesson lasts around 60 minutes and follows a clear format: we begin with a short recap of what we covered previously, making sure key points are remembered and understood. I then introduce the new topic in a clear and accessible way, often using examples, analogies, and practical exercises to bring the subject to life. After this, I guide students through practice questions or case studies, encouraging them to apply their knowledge and develop their own solutions. The lesson usually ends with a short reflection activity, where students summarise what they have learned and identify any areas where they might need extra support.

I have experience teaching at higher education level and mentoring students in academic and professional competitions, including teams that went on to win the Royal Holloway International Business Challenge for three consecutive years. I also successfully launched and managed the Greennovation Challenge, running two editions of the competition that gave students hands-on exposure to entrepreneurship and sustainability. These experiences have helped me develop a practical teaching approach that bridges academic theory with real-world application.
