My coaching sessions are relaxed, supportive, and completely tailored to the individual. I aim to create a comfortable environment where students feel able to speak openly about the challenges they may be facing, whether that’s stress, lack of motivation, confidence issues, procrastination, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling to balance academic and personal pressures.

Rather than following a rigid structure, sessions are conversational and adapted to each person’s personality and situation. Some people may want practical strategies to improve organisation and study habits, while others may benefit more from support around confidence and mindset. Together, we can work to understand what may be getting in the way and develop realistic approaches that feel manageable and sustainable.

My background in Sport and Exercise Psychology has given me experience understanding performance under pressure, resilience, motivation, and wellbeing, particularly within high-performance and multidisciplinary environments. I take a supportive but encouraging approach, helping people build self-awareness, healthier habits, and confidence in their ability to cope with challenges.

The aim of my sessions is not only to help students improve academically, but also to help them feel more balanced, capable, and confident in themselves overall.
