As a Life Coach, my primary role is to empower and support individuals, particularly children and young people, in achieving their personal and academic goals. I am deeply passionate about mental health and committed to fostering positive well-being in the lives of those I work with. Currently, I am engaged in Unit 2 of the understanding children's and young people's mental health course, which further enhances my knowledge and expertise in this critical area.

As a Life Coach, I approach my work with a client-centered and empathetic perspective. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients, where they can openly share their thoughts and emotions without fear. Understanding the unique challenges that children and young people face in today's fast-paced world, I am dedicated to tailoring my coaching strategies to meet their specific needs and aspirations.

I firmly believe that mental health plays a pivotal role in an individual's overall well-being and success. My passion for mental health advocacy motivates me to continually deepen my knowledge and understanding of psychological well-being, resilience, and effective coping strategies. With each coaching session, I aim to empower my clients with the tools and insights necessary to build emotional resilience, navigate life's challenges, and foster a positive self-concept.

Throughout my coaching journey, I have witnessed the transformative power of instilling self-belief and self-compassion in children and young people. By encouraging them to identify their strengths, embrace their uniqueness, and set realistic goals, I foster a sense of empowerment and agency in their lives.

I have only been working at Stagecoach this month but I am very experienced in the Stagecoach curriculum as I previously worked for the franchise in Bristol on and off for 2 years! I really love it and am in awe of the children as they want to be there! That is what they have chosen to do on their weekend and you cant just see how passionate they are and they just want to learn! For stagecoach I teach from 4-16, they are all in their different age groups and they have an hour dance with me and then they move on to their other subjects! I choreograph their shows and performances and all round just make sure they are growing in confidence and having fun!

At the start of this year I have been working in schools teaching Street dance as part of their PE curriculum. This is different to my after school classes as a lot of the time these are children that can't afford after school clubs so this is even more rewarding and they are just itching to learn! This means I teach large groups and lots of different age ranges and all different behavioural needs, this doesn't phase me at all! Every child is different and I think it is so important to understand each and every individual! I am really loving working in the schools and just want to do more of it!

At the start of this year I also started working for a lovely local drama business StageAbility, I teach drama after school at an infant school teaching reception. This is a completely different age range for me and can come with it's challenges but again it is about understanding the pupils and what they like what interests them! Honestly I have some amazing little actors in that class they just surprise me every week!

After I graduated in between auditioning and performance work I was teaching ISTD exams in Ballet Modern and Tap for my local dance school, but when I did my first Professional cruise contract I met my fiance, he is from Reading so that is why I moved here and now I am trying to build up my teaching! I have worked for Music Guru for just under 2 years now and I love it! I run street dance lessons every Thursday and Adult fitness classes too! I really love teaching! So rewarding, I feel I have a real passion and I care and that is so important being a teacher!
