Every journey starts with connection. In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other, building rapport in a relaxed, supportive space. This helps me understand any barriers you’re facing, whether that’s around focus, confidence, mental health, or navigating your course. From there, we’ll co-create your Individual Learning Plan (ILP), set a long-term goal, and identify medium-term targets tailored to you, like managing time, avoiding procrastination, or staying focused.

Once we’ve established what you’d like to work on, I’ll also get to know a bit about your course so I can tailor strategies to your learning context. Each session lasts 1 - 2 hours, delivered online or in-person depending on your location and preference. Online tends to offer more flexibility, allowing you to access support when and where suits you best—and I’m happy to be flexible with timings.

During sessions, we’ll explore study skills and assistive technology that work for you, planners, timers, visual tools, and anything else that helps you move toward your goals. After each session, I’ll send you a personalised session log summarising what we covered and the strategies we discussed, so you have something to refer back to and build on.

When you decide to finish your support; whether after one session or ten, I’ll provide a summative report celebrating your progress and outlining the tools and strategies you can continue using throughout your studies, career, and life.
