My sessions are friendly, interactive, and focused on helping students feel comfortable asking questions without pressure. I use a variety of teaching methods including online quizzes, visual presentations, step-by-step explanations, and practical activities to keep lessons interesting and help students remember key information.
I can also support students with topics related to diet, exercise, health, and wellbeing, helping them understand how healthy lifestyle choices can improve both physical and mental performance. I aim to make learning relatable to everyday life so students stay motivated and engaged.
