I will work with my individual learners and cater to their learning styles. There are four learning styles; visual, auditory, kinaesthetic and read/write. When my learners begin their work with me, we will confirm their individual learning style and from here I will be able to cater to their individual needs. I am flexible and adaptable in my approach to teaching, if a learning is struggling with a concept, I am able to adapt my teaching style to better support the learner in their understanding. This comes from my 5 years teaching experiences of young people with additional needs. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Education and training, a full DBS and a Designated Safeguarding Lead certificate, as well as 10 GCSE’s, at grades A*-C. I am flexible in the times I can tutor, I want each lesson to be accessible and I am dedicated and passionate about providing the best service for my learners to ensure they achieve their best possible outcome.
