Sophia Qureshi

I like my lessons to be fun and engaging! It will not consist of me sitting and talking, there will be a lot of interaction and a chance for my students to show off their newly learnt English skills. Homework will be set to help keep the recent lesson taught, in their minds. I will start off with basics such as how to start a conversation.

I have a huge amount of experience in teaching. I enjoy helping children learn and try my hardest for them to succeed. I am able to help those who are vulnerable, to access the work easily and adapt it to suit their needs.

I am currently a year 3 teacher, which is exciting for this new role as I will be able to plan lessons and Include cross curricular links, which will make it even more exciting and intriguing for my students.

I am very friendly and easy to talk to. I am patient and motivated to help my students learn. I am looking forward to this new journey and hopefully succeed in allowing children to learn or improve their English skills. I will do everything I can to achieve this.

I believe having engaging lessons with useful and fun resources, will really help all types of learners. I will ensure my lessons are practical, where my students will be able to get a good hands on experience such as using the resources made and sent to them.

I hope to hear form many children who would love to have me as their English teacher.
