I am a current English and Creative Writing university student, but also a tutor that likes help people understand English as both a subject and a language.
My approach to learning differs dependent on age group, but the central theme to any approach I take is conversational. It is important that a tutee becomes part of the conversation about their education to further comprehend English, rather than regurgitating textbook information. This means that their is more depth to their understanding if they are able to surmise educational material in their own words.
I am flexible with learning methods that are best suited to the individual.
