Somtoo Ejimgini

My name is Somtoo Stanley Ejimgini. I am a Chartered Accountant with bachelor’s degree in accounting. I have over a decade teaching experience stemming from teaching Financial Accounting and Economics in High School to teaching Advanced Financial Accounting, Financial Accounting and Business Management for University students. I have been tutoring accounting students sitting for professional exams such as Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) for about four years.

I adopt an interactive approach to teaching to deliver course contents to students. With the aid of a comprehensive, simplified, well detailed and easy to understand lecture notes, I guide my students step by step through each topic ensuring that all is involved in the learning process. With my deeper understanding of the various levels of students I.Q, I strive to carry all along, making provisions for one on one after class when necessary to foster a wholesome understanding.

I am a motivated and driven professional tutor with deep knowledge of subject matter combined with top skills in effective communication to build academic confidence and competence among my students. Following curriculum guidelines and common core standards, I prepare unit and lesson plans for courses of study to aligned and meet my student's personalized needs.

I am currently undergoing a postgraduate study in Data Analytics with one of the top universities in UK.
