Sol Baez

My name is Sol, I am 34 years old and I am from Argentina.
I started studying English from a very young age. Thanks to this, before starting university I won a scholarship that allowed me to live in Australia for a year and perfect the language.
Since then I have always been teaching English to different people, of all levels and ages.
I´m a people person and also a big nature lover. Thanks to this wonderful job I can live among rivers and mountains but meet and interact with wonderful and interesting people from all over the world.
Since the pandemic I added Spanish classes and it has been great, with excellent experiences and results. Always with preparation and planning, just because Spanish is my mother tongue does not mean that classes will be improvised.
Since I enjoy meeting people from different places, professions and ages and I try to bring that heterogeneity into each class.
I like to prepare personalized classes that accompany the student's interests and skills. We all have different ways of learning and, as an educator, I try to adapt to each one's ways. I like to use varied resources so that classes are dynamic and effective, and I am always open to listening to student proposals.
I enjoy going through this process as a challenge that both, tutor and student, face. For the student it is the challenge of learning a language and growing in the process. For the tutor, it is the challenge of teaching in the most personalized way possible, recognizing the student's strengths and difficulties and not becoming discouraged in the process.
