I graduated in Youth, Community and Families and thus have the experience to work with people off all ages effectively. My teaching approach is simple. I listen and observe my students to discover their weaknesses and then step in to support them. This is completed by asking them questions and not judging their judgement as confidence within oneself is key in learning and developing. Instead of focusing on their wrongs I like to break it down for them until they get it right. I also like to converse and break the ice often with students to ease them in and build a bond with them as professional relationships enable trust and faith between one another. Moreover, it makes students realise I am here to help them and not criticise as some may become overwhelmed and leave the tutoring sessions before completion. Whether it's online tutoring or face to face, it's a guarantee I will create a safe environment for you as what's going on around can have a negative effect on your learning.
