Professionally, I come from a strong commercial and people-focused background involving leadership, relationship management, communication, mentoring, and customer success. As a Director I’ve worked with a wide range of personalities and professionals internationally, helping individuals, managers and leaders navigate challenges, improve performance, and communicate more effectively. My passion is helping people be the best they can be. Having also lived and worked in Europe, US & Asia, I bring adaptability, cultural awareness, and strong interpersonal skills into my coaching style.
