For my lessons, I plan to create them as so:

- Using fun, interactive PowerPoints made by me.
- Interactive worksheets made by me.
- Mostly verbally-based with fun strategies to help remember new vocabulary.
- Regular breaks for shorter attention spans.
- Many opportunities to ask for help and extra support.

I have actually had experience working with children, whether it is within my family or even in nursery settings. I would like to engage them in a way that is suitable and entertaining to ensure that they get the most out of their lessons whilst still having a lot of fun. Every child should be excited to learn and that is my core belief!

I also believe that nobody should be afraid to ask for help and if sometimes there is a difficulty with getting a child to understand tricky words or grammar - I will remain patient with them until they do understand. My teaching methods will always be tailored to the children and not what is more convenient for me.

And also - sometimes it can be better for children to learn from someone closer in age, as I have had work experience helping children develop their reading skills as a Library assistant and they all preferred having our company!
