Hi, I am Simone, I am a vivacious teacher who enjoys listening to music, socializing, dramatizing, public speaking and dancing. I have been in the teaching profession for over thirteen years. My lessons are fun, interactive and engaging. I employ the discussion method, role-playing, visual and audio aids to cater to the diverse needs of my students. I also relate to my students individually and ensure that the information being presented is in keeping with their prior knowledge and experience. I believe that no student should be left behind and as such, I pull out all the stops to ensure their success.
I have a passion for people and teaching, I am proactive, an effective communicator, a coah and an advocate. My teaching experience has afforded me many opportunities for leadership and team building. I boast a track record of excellence in education and I have attained The Executive Masters in Educational Management with distinction, at the Mico University College.
My personal mantra is, stand for the greatness of self and others and as such, I enjoy mentoring and inspiring others to attain their full potential. I have also received training with the JMMB Joan Duncan Foundation: Conversation for Greatness on how to build staff and students' morale and promote positive relationships in the workplace. My personality and skill-set has made me "a force for good" and I hope to use this to elevate your establishment.
