My lessons are relaxed, real-world-focused, and always tailored to you. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some marketing experience but want to go deeper, we’ll build lessons around your goals, interests, and challenges.
We can work 1-to-1 or in small groups, online or in-person (depending on location), and I’m happy to adapt the format to suit how you learn best — whether that’s structured sessions with clear takeaways, more informal conversations with live feedback, or hands-on project-based learning where we build something together.
I like to start by understanding what you actually want marketing to do for you — then I work backwards to teach you the tools, principles, and strategies that will help get you there. Lessons might cover things like digital marketing strategy, social media, brand storytelling, customer journeys, content creation, email marketing, website UX, paid ads, or AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva – all with real examples, simple explanations, and a no-jargon policy.
I’ve worked across startups, national campaigns, charities, and creative businesses – including Camelot, LitterLotto, Alder Hey, and others – and bring everything I’ve learned to the lessons. I also run a creative workshop series called Professional Weirdos and teach organisations how to think differently and communicate with clarity.
Ultimately, I want you to walk away from each session feeling confident, clear, and capable of actually using what we’ve covered – not just remembering it for a test. You’ll learn how to think like a marketer, not just how to follow trends.
And yes, it will probably be fun too.
