Before becoming a Legal PA I worked extensively as a tutor teaching Brazilian Portuguese mainly to business professionals but I have also taught students and people that had travel plans to go to Brazil. Before becoming a Legal PA I worked extensively as a tutor teaching Brazilian Portuguese mainly to business professionals but I have also taught students and people that had travel plans to go to Brazil. My focus when teaching is using the sound of an English word with the Brazilian equivalent. That really helps those that have difficulty in pronunciation. I also day-to-day practical according to the student's needs. Flash cards are also a popular way to memorise phases. And finally music is a great way for the student to learn about our culture and learn some very useful regionalisms and slangs.
