I am Silvia from Peru. I have been an English teacher for many years. I have been working for private sector education. I am a responsible, calm, easy-going and hard-working person. I consider applying TBL strategies for language teaching, so if technologies are used, it can help in the learning process, depending on the student's needs.

I finished master's studies related to university teaching and educational management. I consider applying educational coaching sessions to give feedback to students, because this type of evaluation can get students to achieve the objective of the session.

So I think that to learn a new language it is necessary to apply some concepts of competences, where the teacher has the role of facilitator. Through my experience of all these years, as a language teacher, I have to say that I am convinced that communicative approach can give great results.
