Sidonie Sundar

Hi! I’m Sidonie, a law student at the University of Bristol. I teach History and English Literature GCSE as well as English Literature A Level. I also provide support with creative writing and public speaking. By achieving top grades (A*A*A*A) at A Level and GCSE (12 A*s) and working with students, I have broadened my passion for the subjects and teaching. My sessions aim to provide a constructive and engaging environment for students by focusing on individual needs. I believe that practice and feedback are essential to mastering any topic, and I regularly provide opportunities for students to practice what they’ve learned. My teaching style is inquiry-led and highly adaptive to each student. I prioritise real understanding over mere rote learning. Sessions feel interactive and supportive to ensure each student achieves their aims. I regularly assess student progress in order to better tailor sessions towards individual needs and provide productive feedback. Exam focused teaching will prioritise accuracy and comprehension to thrive in competitive board exams.
