My lessons are designed to make learning clear, engaging, and personalised to each student’s needs. Every session begins with a short check-in to identify what the student wants to focus on that day, whether it is mastering a new topic, reviewing class material, or preparing for an exam. From there, I break down concepts step by step, using clear explanations and guided problem-solving.

Because I study theoretical physics at the University of Edinburgh, I am very familiar with both the abstract side of mathematics and the practical side of applying ideas to real problems. This allows me to help students not only understand formulas, but also grasp the intuition behind them. For example, in a physics lesson I might combine worked examples with real-world analogies, while in mathematics I often use visual methods and patterns to reinforce logical thinking.

Lessons are interactive: I do not simply lecture, but encourage students to work through problems themselves, asking guiding questions that build confidence and independence. I adapt my pace depending on how quickly a student is picking things up, and I revisit difficult points until they feel comfortable moving forward.

I also provide practice problems and structured revision strategies when students are preparing for exams. Beyond just “getting the right answer,” my focus is on developing problem-solving habits and logical reasoning skills that will serve students long after our sessions.
