I am an experienced English teacher who has been in the field for 28years now. I use a variety of teaching strategies, ranging from discussions, quizzes, question and answer - to name but a few. Learning is supposed to be exciting and educational games are useful in enhancing better understanding of content at times.
Continuous assessment is also important for me,as it enables me to check on students progress, in as far as concepts being taught are concerned. It enables reviews to be made and ensures desired results are obtained.
Students are also free to air sentiments and concerns, in as far as the content delivery is concerned , thus enabling me to vary my techniques. should need arise for that.
