My lessons are designed to be structured, engaging, and tailored to each student’s learning style and goals. I focus on ensuring a deep understanding of key concepts while also building exam confidence. My approach combines clear explanations, interactive exercises, and targeted exam preparation to help students achieve their full potential.

Each session begins with a discussion of the student’s current progress, identifying areas that need improvement. I use a combination of worked examples, real-world applications, and step-by-step guidance to break down complex topics into simpler, more manageable parts. I encourage active participation by asking students to solve problems independently, guiding them through their thought processes and refining their approach where needed.

Exam preparation is a key focus, and I incorporate past paper questions, mark schemes, and examiner reports into lessons to familiarise students with the format and expectations of their specific exam board. I teach effective exam strategies, such as time management, identifying question patterns, and structuring answers to maximise marks.

I have experience tutoring maths, English, economics, chemistry, geography, and physics up to GCSE level, and my students have seen a significant improvement in their grades. Many have gained not just higher scores but also greater confidence in their abilities.
