I will find out what are learners ability and interest are first, also aim to match with learners target and final goals. I recommend to have a text book so that there are evidence of their progress and notes and homework to review. I have also introduced Japanese cultural introduction to those who are interested in learning cultural side of Japanese, games and food and seasonal events. I have received positive feedback from learners in all level, beginners, intermediate, and advanced, all level has aspect of challenge and barriers, I take step by step tutorial according to the learners levels and interest.
