My lessons are interactive, where I offer clear explanations and always offer time for questions and understanding. I have clear communication skills and organizational skills and my lessons as like myself are goal driven and offer strong levels of planning matching to that particular curriculum.
I offer assessments during lessons and every few lessons to see where students/people are at in their levels. I have a strong subject knowledge and follow as close as I can to the curriculums so if people want to sit the exams at a later date then it is important to follow curriculum in case they come across things they may have learnt.
At the end of each lesson I offer reflection and questions and feedback and always welcome it whether it’s positive or negative.
Each week homework will also be given to monitor weekly progress. I always try to make lessons fun and interactive so that I make sure students are keeping up with what is being taught and I always welcome questions and if something is not being understood I want to ensure the students are confident enough to ask for more help even if things need to be repeated. I strive on being helpful, engaging and professional at all times and want students to be able to look back and say the learning was very helpful productive and fun so they can walk away with a load of knowledge and confidence to go on the next step of their learning journey with the utmost of confidence.
