Lessons are relaxed and as we progress, questions are welcomed. There are a few stupid questions but you won't get stupid answers in return, they will be informative and free flowing based on the subject being taught. Whether new to the subjects or a seasoned veteran wanting to introduce your friends, whether you've been practicing for years and now want to understand if what you think you see, is what others see and does it make a difference?

Within the Mindfulness sessions, you will incorporate some outside work as well as inside, depending on severity of the weather. Learn to harness your inner spirit, strength, power and embrace the calm and peace that comes with it.

Do you know your own mind? I'll help you uncover and read what you see. Better to learn Mindfulness before Tarot as it can be incorporated within the lessons.

For the Tarot Learning, why not bring your own Tarot if you want to see further during those lessons.
