In all my years of learning I have realised that being transparent and open to your teachers is the best way to extract the most out of a session. This is the what exactly I would hope from my students too. I intend to make the lessons as interactive as possible so that even I get to know how much my student has understood a concept.
I do understand that a student might need help with exams or they might need help on a daily basis. I'll be available for anything. I like to understand the needs of the students first so that I can create a dynamic curriculum around it. I am not dead set on a particular structure for the content of the lessons because I believe lesson structure should fit the student's need.
Even while working I had the privilege to of conducting Knowledge transfer sessions for my junior colleagues. So I know how to handle students who are at different level of their academic journey. My whole aim is to understand that level and aid in achieving whatever level the student wants to reach.
