Hi.

I believe learning should be fun and enjoyable. That means you you will remember more information from the learning session and will be more inclined to use it following the learning session.

My sessions are hands on and interactive and you get a chance to have a go and use the skill I'm teaching you.

I encourage lots of questions during the session to ensure my learners get all they need from it. I also encourage people to find answers themselves and not to wait for me to give them the answer, because I believe this will help them to recall, remember and reuse the information they have learned during the learning session more easily and happily.

I relate my learning sessions to the tasks people carry out in their day-to-day job role or business currently, or need to do in a new job role or day-to-day tasks.

Once training has finished, I would be available for a period afterwards for reference and clarification and I also share guides and videos for future reference.
