I focus on breaking down complex psychological concepts into simple, structured explanations, ensuring that students fully understand the core ideas rather than just memorising information. Sessions are interactive and discussion-based, encouraging students to ask questions, think critically, and apply concepts to real-life examples.

I typically begin by understanding the student’s current level, goals, and any specific topics they find challenging. Lessons are then structured to build confidence step by step, whether the focus is on cognitive psychology, behavioural science, research methods, or essay preparation. I also support students in developing strong academic skills, such as critical thinking, argument structuring, and understanding research findings.

My academic background in Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology has provided strong subject knowledge, particularly in areas such as cognitive processes, neuropsychology, and behavioural research. Experience analysing psychological studies and presenting findings has strengthened my ability to explain complex material in a clear and engaging way.

Lessons are delivered online in a friendly and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and progressing at their own pace. The aim is to make psychology understandable, interesting, and relevant, while helping students achieve their academic goals with confidence.
