I am a private tutor with a strong academic background in Chemical Engineering and a genuine passion for helping students understand their subjects with confidence. My goal is not just to help students memorise content, but to help them truly understand it in a way that feels manageable and motivating.

My lessons are structured, supportive, and personalised. I always begin by understanding the student’s current level, learning style, and goals. From there, I adapt each session to suit what works best for them whether that means breaking topics down step by step, using visual examples, practising exam-style questions, or revisiting foundations to strengthen understanding.

I have experience leading peer-led revision sessions, where I organised structured reviews of the syllabus and past papers, and I bring that same clear and organised approach into my tutoring. I place a strong emphasis on exam technique, problem-solving, and confidence-building, helping students feel more comfortable tackling questions independently.

I am particularly patient and calm in my teaching style, which helps students feel at ease asking questions and making mistakes an important part of learning. This is especially valuable for younger learners, as well as students who feel anxious or unsure about their abilities.
