Teacher Profile Summary (250 words):

I am a dynamic and person-centred educator with a strong focus on adapting teaching to suit the individual needs of each learner. With a deep understanding of various learning styles, including visual, auditory, kinesthetic, reading/writing, interpersonal, and intrapersonal, I create inclusive and engaging learning experiences that support learners at every level. I believe that recognising how students learn best is key to building confidence, improving retention, and fostering long-term academic success.

My approach integrates a wide range of evidence-based teaching methods, including direct instruction, inquiry-based learning, hands-on activities, collaborative group work, and the use of visual and digital tools. I tailor each lesson to support individual learning goals, abilities, and interests, whether I’m working with a young child, a secondary student preparing for exams, or an adult learner at postgraduate level.

I am experienced in supporting both neurotypical and neurodiverse learners, including students with special educational needs, and I place a strong emphasis on clear communication, empathy, and encouragement. My teaching is grounded in the belief that every learner can achieve with the right support, motivation, and strategies.

Passionate about lifelong learning, I continuously reflect on and develop my practice to ensure it remains engaging, inclusive, and effective. Whether delivering structured academic content or fostering independent critical thinking skills, I strive to inspire curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning in every student I teach.

Please feel free to get in touch if I am what you are looking for. Hopefully, I can provide the relevant support.
