I emphasise proper alignment and offer modifications to accommodate individual needs and ensure safety.

Content and Dynamics: In my classes, I blend elements of strength-building, flexibility, breath awareness, meditation and relaxation. I aim to create a harmonious flow that connects the body, mind, and breath, allowing you to experience a deeper sense of presence and tranquillity. Each session may incorporate variations to keep the practice engaging and inspiring.

Experience: With several years of teaching experience and a passion for yoga and meditation, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my classes.
