I have 10 years of experience in teaching category. I prepare lesson contents according to the level of students in which they can grasp knowledge without getting bored.

Format:
In first half of my lecture I try to deliver as much as in can and then 5 minutes break where students can ask questions about lesson, last quarter of class we can focus on key points. There might be assignments some times depending on nature of lesson. But most of time I like to engage students in class.
