My typical approach to tutoring will focus on exam board requirements, thus my lessons will be structured around providing vital information which examiners expect in your work, how to approach different questions and what they require of you, as well as marking and providing feedback on student school homework, assignments/ coursework, and practice questions/ papers. I understand that each subject requires a different approach, as well as the fact that students learn in different ways. So far, the students I have tutored have responded very well to my approach, and if any changes are required depending on your learning preferences I am very open to tailor my teaching to ensure you get the most out of our lessons.

I prioritise understanding which topic areas are of most importance to my students, and with this I will structure my lessons accordingly. Typically, I provide additional resources to help ensure that what they learn at school is also being understood and I am more than willing to go through the curriculum with my students (as I have done with 2 prior students) as they learn at school, as this will help them digest the information completely and ensure they do not fall behind.
