I am a first year medicine student at the University of Cambridge, who is very passionate about teaching. From teaching basic theories for deep learning, to step-by-step problem solving and inspiring students to reach their full potential and aim for competitive programs, I am fully committed to supporting students in the subjects Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry for A level and IGCSE.

From my personal experiences, one of the most important motivators of learning is being able to form a connection between theoretical concepts and their real world application, which I aim to incorporate into my lessons to help with long term memory.

Furthermore, one of my most shaping experiences was helping my school with introducing international and British competitions and olympiads for the first time, in which I received several bronze, gold and silver awards.

My previous tutoring experiences, particularly in A level and GCSE maths and GCSE chemistry has taught me many things about planning my lessons. The lessons will be planned based on which exam board you take as well as whether you prefer to learn content and deeply understand the concepts, or focus on an exam based approach for problem solving and assessing common contents and what the examiners are looking for. Therefore, I aim to provide a balance where lessons are not only passive but highly interactive and incorporate active recall.

I hope to see you in my lessons! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or want to clarify anything about your preferences!
