I am a professional chef with over ten years of experience across professional kitchens, pastry, and bakery. My background covers classic techniques, modern cuisine, and refined presentation, giving students a complete and practical culinary foundation.
I love working with people and teaching, and my goal is to be a source of inspiration for anyone with a passion for food. I enjoy helping students grow in confidence, creativity, and skill, whether they are complete beginners or cooks looking to elevate their abilities.
My lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to each student. We build strong fundamentals such as knife skills, organisation, and core cooking methods, then progress toward advanced techniques, flavour balance, pastry basics, baking principles, and professional-style plating. I focus on explaining both how and why techniques work, empowering students to cook independently.
I offer both online and face to face lessons, with a focus on online teaching. Online sessions are interactive and designed for a home kitchen environment. I also create short recipe videos, similar to a masterclass, allowing students to learn at their own pace with demonstrations and practical tips.
Face to face sessions can take place in the student’s home or in a rented professional kitchen, depending on preference and goals.
