I have an experience of teaching English, Mathematics and Science subjects in a personal tutor or a class room setting. I have seen how students show improvement if their teacher is dedicated enough for their progress. My teaching techniques include first getting to know every student’s personality, their strengths and weaknesses. Then, I thoroughly prepare lesson plan to concentrate on and eliminate their weakness through time and aid their growth. I check and follow up their progress regularly to analyse their development. And from the many years of tutoring and teaching experience, I have to say the changes I see are quite encouraging. I witnessed my students academic changes before my eyes showing the effectiveness of my methods.
