Hi there! I have been helping people improve their English for about 3 years now. Most of my teaching experience has been with high school students and college students of all ages. My expertise lies in English grammar and essay writing but I can help with just about anything! Whether you're looking to simply improve proficiency, practice grammar or perhaps you need to develop more formal/business English for work - I can be of assistance. I like to use a lot of flashcard type material and often will be assisted by a whiteboard to go through specific problem areas but all of this can be tailored to suit your specific needs and interests. If you're unsure what it is you're looking for or what areas you struggle in, no worries - we will take the first lesson to find that out together.
I think the best way to learn is through conversation so there will be a lot of speaking in our sessions but I vow to make it an experience that doesn't make you uncomfortable or apprehensive. Through our lessons, we will get to know one another and therefore can adjust accordingly in terms of the structure of the lessons.
I speak two languages fluently myself, English and Bosnian, and am studying Korean as well so I know very well how daunting a new language can be. That's why I do my best to cater to each student individually and make the experience as enjoyable and rewarding as I know it can be!
