I see real progress in people by satisfying the students to improve by gaining confidence to speak, writing clear essays and finally understanding clear grammar that confuses them. I often form strong connections with students. Overtime I understand their goals, strengths and struggles which makes the teaching more personal and meaningful. If I teach international students I will learn about different cultures and ways of thinking that can be one of the best aspects. Being an English tutor is more than just teaching language it is about helping expressing themselves and gain confidence l. It can be incredibly fulfilling if I enjoy working one to one being creative and making a real impact on someone's learning journey.
