My lessons will be much more conversational and not have a direct plan unless asked otherwise. This will cause the structure to change from lesson to lesson and help reflect my teaching to the students ability. A topic may be brought to me before a lesson to allow myself to curate some examples tailored to the students understanding.
First I will encourage the student to demonstrate their understanding through examples. Once I have gauged the way they think and how they understand the topic I will curate a guided example and explain how I think and prompt them to follow the guide with questions. This allows the student to engage their understanding and build upon it meaning that the student will develop an overall understanding of the topic. With this new understanding I will get the student to attempt some more questions and increase difficulty as we go.
