About me

I have been a private music teacher for more than 15 years. I am experienced in offering lessons on 1:1, in group and via online, helping students go through ABRSM exam or just for pleasure. Lessons are mainly focused on techniques, articulations, theory and more in a relaxed atmosphere. Students will learn as many music genres and composers as possible.

I have been a private music teacher for more than 15 years. I am experienced in offering lessons on 1:1, in group and via online, helping students go through ABRSM exam or just for pleasure. Lessons are mainly focused on techniques, articulations, theory and more in a relaxed atmosphere. Students will learn as many music genres and composers as possible.

I desire to encourage people of all ages to enjoy music; intend to inspire, stimulate and develop students' interest in music; and encourage lifelong learning in a fun and enjoyable way. Beginners and returners are welcome. Never too late to start.

My music training includes composition, conducting, orchestration, vocal, piano, organ and flute playing etc.

Now, I am enjoying teaching, as a church organist and playing in a symphonic band as a flautist.

Very happy to learn flute with Sau who are a wonderful teacher and very knowledgeable. Sau explains clearly and her demonstrations inspire me so much that I find practices enjoyable. I am an adult and have been learning piano with Sau for nearly 3 years. Sau is my third piano teacher and is the best one, who can pinpoint and correct my weaknesses. Now, I have better technique and skills. I can play the piano more confidently. I'm now preparing for ABRSM exam, grade 7, for Nov. this year. I highly recommend Sau as a knowledgeable and reliable teacher.
