Hi, my name is Sav. I am a current dental student in the UK and have been teaching maths for several years now.
My lessons are friendly, structured, and completely tailored to each student. I always begin by understanding what topics you find difficult and what your goals are, whether that’s improving confidence, boosting grades, or preparing for GCSE or A-Level exams.
A typical lesson starts with a quick warm-up question to check understanding. Then we break the topic down step-by-step using clear examples, visual explanations, and guided practice. I explain why each step works, not just how to do it, so you build real understanding instead of memorising methods.
We then work through exam style questions together, gradually increasing difficulty as your confidence grows. I check in regularly, encourage you to talk through your reasoning, and adapt the pace based on how you learn best. Some students like working through lots of practice, while others prefer slower explanations, I adjust my approach to suit you.
I’ve taught Maths for several years and have helped many students improve their grades, overcome confusion, and feel much more confident going into exams. My lessons are calm, patient, and supportive, and I make sure students always feel comfortable asking questions.
By the end of each lesson, you’ll know exactly what you’ve learned and what to focus on next. My aim is simple: to make Maths easier, clearer, and much more enjoyable.
