I am very organised and systematic as I am methodical in the way I work. I am able to adapt quickly with each child on the teaching method; I strongly believe that each and every child no matter their social position can succeed with the correct teaching methods. I will be calm and easy to talk to but I will be stern enough for us to go through work effectively. I can go through homework if needed and any content that the child would like to go through that they struggled with in school. My teaching plan would be setting homework that would be based on the content we went through together (do not worry I will not set a lot of homework and I would be reasonable) and I will have a recap before each lesson to see how much of the child has remembered. I have tutored many students over the years in schools and sacrificed my lunches to teach; I am very passionate and determined to spread the knowledge to the next generation and I always make sure the child is never left a session confused even if we go over the time ( that mean if I need another 30 minutes to go through the content again I will provide an extra 30 minutes.) I check for understanding as they go and constantly build confidence so that the student feels like their abilities are improving because when a student feels confident, wonderful things begin to happen. Their curiosity is ignited, and they are more likely to ask questions in class and read additional texts about things that interest them. They are more apt to participate in class and in experiments and other exercises that will add to their knowledge. Students who are confident trust their instincts and perform better on exams and assignments; this is what I will uncover.
