Hello! I'm a qualified and experienced primary school teacher, offering private English tuition for primary-aged children. With classroom experience, i understand how to make learning engaging, supportive and effective for young learners.

My lessons are carefully tailored to each child's individual needs and learning goals. whether your child needs help with reading, writing, spelling, grammar, or comprehension, I will provide structured and focused support. I use a variety of teaching strategies, including phonics based reading approaches, vocabulary building games, creative writing prompts, and grammar exercises to keep lessons varied and enjoyable.

Each session typically begins with quick warm up activity, followed by the main learning task, which is broken down into small, manageable steps. I use positive reinforcement and regular feedback to build your child's confidence and help them recognise their progress. Lessons end with a short recap or review activity to reinforce key learning points.

I work one-to-one to ensure your child feels comfortable, valued and fully supported throughout the session. I believe that when children feel confident, they are far more willing to take risks, ask questions and fully engage in their learning.
