I started teaching other professionals and students in 1997, i have a miltary and healthcare background. My senior roles have involved regional training development and content creation from Level 4 to Level 7 lessons.

I believe each student has individual learning needs that need to be explored to produce their best results.
I expect good communication from my tutees and i ensure a responsive support system in exchange for mutual respect.

I develop my lesson plans using ofsted approved templates tailored to each students needs.
The format involves interactive software to support exploration and development.

I encourage students to explore their preferences as this helps shape their learning and makes their learning project achievable.

We start with a SWOT analysis, followed by GROW model plan to identify individual objectives. Setting your own goals working within an achievable framework.
